Is there a way on ipad for cutting a circle or ellipse or arc along a linea?

All tools are grouped by family and only one is displayed on the screen.
You can permute them by doing successive taps on icons.
See the Help screen (icon ?) to see all tools.
We have had a discussion to choose if it will better to do like this or to display all tools on the screen.
I think that I will add an option to leave the choice to each user.

Does cutting tool work also with Bezier curves?

The scissor tool does not work on Bézier curves.
You must convert them to polygons before.

If you want to convert to Bézier the segment after cutting the initial curver, no.
