Why whe export a drawing to dxf in the 3d app the measure are decimal?

For example i draw a 200mm line in iPocket and the dxf opened in the 3d app measure 0,2 mm.

The grid snap is not precise. Every node of the grid had to be snapped, but it isn’t so.
