Re: RealCADD 5.80b1-b2
Hi Eric
Yeah – just like that!
When you are drawing a floorplan of a house for example you often want to move walls and repair the gaps left in adjacent wall(s). And in yacht design I would use walls for interior layouts, furniture construction detail etc. etc., to show material thicknesses and so ...

Hi Eric
Bonjour George,
Thank you for your feedback.
I will see to use this new tool on groups.
What do you think with a combined function "wall" tool?
Cordialement.
It works nicely on groups.

Re: RealCADD 5.80b1
Hi Eric
Works great!!
So we now have several ways to construct "walls".
1. The newish Wall tool with it's options, which works pretty well.
2. Setting the Static parallel tool and drawing parallel lines with the Line tool and the Option key held down. Then using this new tool.
3. Drawing a ...

Hi Eric
That seems to have done it! Perfect!!
We get so used to a word processor that it's easy to expect the same in a CAD program, which is somewhat unrealistic of course! But this has improved entering text hugely – in my opinion!

Hi Eric
Happy New Year!!
I think it would be great if you could also fix this – see video – where the text goes on to one long line if you edit it, returning to the original text box when you finish. It would surely be better if it stayed in the text box when editing instead of shooting off to the ...

Re: Text "stacks" on entry
I think we're getting a bit confused here!
Outside the drawing :
If you type text totally outside the drawing, then it is constrained in a very narrow box and inevitably extends downwards.
If you then select the text and extend the box by dragging its handles, the text will adjust to the wider ...

Re: RealCADD 5.71b4
Hi Eric
Well I've been using v5.71b3 for quite a while now and it hasn't slowed down :D
The only thing I've noticed to slow fairly marginally is changing line types (continuous to dashed; add arrow or change to plain; etc). And really that's not much more than a hesitation.
