RealCADD and iPocket Draw

What I find a bit disconcerting is when you have a body of text that is deliberately multiple lines as constrained by the text box (not because of line returns).

If you then go to edit it, the text shoots out on to one line (unless by doing so it hits the edge of the drawing in which case it goes ...

I was about to post to say that 5.71b3 seems to have done it – at least no slow down so far! :D

Of course I did what you shouldn't do and changed several things at once – upgraded to OS 26.1 from 15.7; launched the new RealCADD version; made tools auto-retract and positioned on the left ...

At least you have been able to rep[licate it, even if not as severe – I was beginning to think it was just me!

I've downloaded v. 5.71b3 and I'll work using it. Also Tool pallet on the left and auto retract.

I'm using Tahoe 26.1 now.

I have sort of the opposite problem!!

I have had a long-time unresolved problem that my RealCADD slows down after a time drawing, specially the tool selection, to the point where it becomes very difficult to use. Quitting the program and restarting restores it to normal speed and then after a time ...

I've downloaded it – and the constraint on the radius and diameter tool is great!

I can't seem to make it work!!

And I notice that "arc by three points" seems to cause a crash.

And "circle by three points" doesn't seem to work

Is it possible to make the first two elements (arrow line and extension line) of the radius and diameter measurement tools so that they can be constrained (to 45º etc.) with the shift key? The tag line (L) always stays horizontal which is great.

Oh - right!! No problem. We'll get a new version in due course then.

Looking pretty good. Much better that the actual walls are grouped lines, so easy to manipulate if you want to; and the fill is a separate polygon.
