Re: Tangent

Is it possible to draw a line tangent to a circle?
In RealCADD, it is possible, so I know how do.
But the question for iPocket Draw is how choose between the perpendicular and the tangent when the user draws a line near an ellipse?
I don't want to have an attraction pallet in iPocket Draw as in ...

Re: Suggestion for options

Mike,

It is as they work but if you ask, you don't have seen it, probably because you close the screen of their prefs directly without erase the keyboard before.

Therefore, I can erase the second field as soon as the other is selected.
I will try this, thanks.

Re: Persistsnt crash

OK, I do it.
I think that the bug occurs when the attraction on one of the lines is not good.
As a workaround, you can draw the line with the fillet tool with attractions on middles of lines or on ends of lines.
And I will search and fix this bug.

Thanks.

Re: Request for dividng lines

Mike,

If you divide the line to place perpendicular lines, you can do different :
Don't divide the line, place a first perpendicular at the beginning of it and call the command "Move" and then the command "Duplicate and move" if you have other parallel lines.

Because I started using CAD there a ...

Re: Suggestion for properties

Yes Mike, nice idea !

I will add this.
For rectangles and ellipses, if dx = dy then if one is changed by the user in the Attributs screen, the second will have the same value.
But if the second is changed manually too, the values will be different.

Thanks.

Re: Question about tool states

Bonjour Mike,

It is to draw by center.
The first tap is the center of the object.

I don't have crash with rounded rectangle or ellipse.
How do you have one?

Thanks.
