2 how-to questions
Please look at the attached drawing. I have two questions. First, I would like to draw a parallel line to the segment A-B, moving it 2.5 inches to the right. the only way I can figure out is to draw a line OVER the existing one, and then select-duplicate and move it. Is there an easier way? Second, ...

Re: Snap-to
I was hoping for this: If you have two parallel vertical lines, and you wanted to draw horizontal between them, and indication of when you are on the first vertical to start, and the other, to stop. My stylus obscures the line itself.

Snap-to
Eric,
Are there any plans to extend the snap-to feature to show "on-line" at spots other than end- and mid-points?
(I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I AM enjoying using the program! Please don't think that I'm just looking for faults.)

Parallels from rectangle
If I draw a rectangle, can I "ungroup" it so that I can draw a parallel from a single line?

Re: Trimming line
I'm really sorry to hear that. It makes the program almost unusable for me. Can I make a feature request?

Re: Trimming line
Eric,
Maybe I'm not clear. Draw vertical line, A-B. Draw horizontal line that crosses it, C-D. The intersection is X. I want to erase X-D. How?

Trimming line
I am having trouble trimming lines that extend beyond another line (the opposite of the Extend tool.) How is that done?
