How does the Parallel Tool work?

Sorry for the delay of response, I was in holidays without computer and with very few internet...

Thank you for your appreciation on the new line cutting tool.

Because you ask me about the parallel tool, I tested it again and found a bug :
After changing the parameters, you have to select the tool again, if not, the drawing is dragging when you try to use the tool.
