Are there tools or routines to insert doors & windows that would automatically clean the parallel lines (or walls) that they are inserted into?

No, there is no such tools.
RealCADD is a generic CAD software, it does not know the walls, doors or windows.
There are only two scripts to attract the doors or windows, but without cutting the lines.
