Hi Eric,
I've been working on a drawing that showed in get info as about 1.5MB and it has been quitting unexpectedly. Now it won't open and the preview in get info has changed from a regular RealCADD icon to a lot of text and the file is now showing 332 KB and still shows it as an RCAD file. Can you tell me how to recover my file?
I'm using 4.31 on a powerbook running 10.9.3.

Bonjour Tim,
When RealCADD saves a file, the previous version is not deleted but moved into the trash.
So if you don't have emptied it, you can retrieve the previous version of your file.

Hi Eric,
Thank you very much. I did find several copies of saved versions in the trash. I opened the most recent and was able to finish updating my file.
I don't have any explanation as to how my file kept quitting, but is usually happened when using the cutting tool and usually in a small area of the drawing.
