Something I've been meaning to ask you for some time:
A rounded rectangle seems to use a lot of memory. I have found that even one rounded rectangle tends to make a big drawing sluggish and slow to scroll – replacing it with 4 lines, with the corners radius trimmed is very much faster – or even converting the rounded rectangle to lines and then to a polygon improves the speed a lot, though it is rather messy construct. And if you forget what radius you used you can't click on it to find out!
Cheers
George

George,
I can't reproduce the problem.
Can you send to me the file?
Thanks.

Re: And one more thing ...
Hmmm ...
Well I haven't drawn any rounded rectangles for ages – at least a year or two – because I found converting them to lines and radiuses corners speeded things up.
It is strange because sometime back, I did a test and drew two simple drawings exactly the same except on one I used rounded rectangles and on the other I used lines and radiused corners – and the rounded rectangles drawing was slightly fewer bytes than the lines and radiused corners one. Which is exactly the opposite of what I would have expected, if what I said about speed is true.
I will see if I can look out some older drawings.
Many thanks
George
