No, you have to do it in 2 times.

so if I would rotate multiple lines around their center, i have to drawing each one?
Or if I want to draw multiple square with different angles I can`t do it?

You can Duplicate and move and in a second time Rotate.

yes I know but if I want to draw multiple line with the same center but different angles?

Yes there is no command to do that in one time.
