Help!!

Post by debenriver »

Hi Eric

So I installed RealCADD on my other laptop (which has an M1 chip) to see if PDF extracts worked faster, and entered my registration number etc. All good, RC knows it's me. But the Tools window won't show!!!!! All the rest are there OK. And go away if I deselect them. If I use a keyboard shortcut the tool works OK, so it's there somewhere. But I can't find the menu itself!!

I've tried all sorts, restarts etc - but I simply can't find it or get it to appear!

Help!!

And it does appear to be very much faster with the M1 chip – though it's hard to tell without a Tools menu!

Bonjour George,

Did you tried to launch RealCADD while the alt key is down?
This will reset the preferences.

Cordialement.

Ah - that did it – it had retracted and was hiding under the dock, right over to the left of the screen.

Thanks Eric!
