A user asked me how to copy a file (DXF) from his computer on his iPad (or iPhone or iPod Touch).
This is a standard feature of iOS and iTunes which works the same way for all apps that use it.
For this, you must:
1) connect the iPad (or iPhone) on your computer;
2) launch iTunes;
3) in iTunes, select the device;
4) at the top of the right side of the screen, select "Apps";
5) go to the list under the title "File Sharing";
6) in the list, select iPocket Draw;
7) use the button "Add ..." to copy a new file; you can also drag and drop files.

Eric, could this be done via Dropbox or email? Or is that the only way to do it?

Yes Mike, this can be done with Mail or with apps like Dropbox, Air Sharing, etc...

If the file is .rcad or .dxf, you can open it in iPocket Draw.
