How to use questions

Maybe I missed something in the YouTube instructions but I still found no way to the following actions:

- How can I create a cycle from a center point?

- How can I move a cycle from center point to another center point?

- Moving lines and polygons makes me creasy, I select the item and take the end of line gripper. Sometimes the item moves with the original length and orientation, sometimes the item will be stretched. I cannot find out to switch this feature.

If, by cycle, you mean circle, you can't with the version 1.901 but with the next, yes.

To be able to drag an ellipse or rectangle from its center, the object must be filled.
Also the attraction on center of such objects works only if they are filled.

It is logical and simple.
If the object is selected BEFORE you take it on a handle, it will be modified, if not, you move it with attraction on the end (for example).

Thanks.
