RealCADD and iPocket Draw

From Window/Library I get the window's library but I need to keep the cursor over the window in order to see it. As soon as the cursor leaves the window it disappears, it even disappears when I hover over it's title bar, preventing me to move it.
OS 10.6.8 running on a
iMac 27 inch LCD screen (late 2009) 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 gigs Ram.

The pallet "Library" is the only one that does not retract.
When the cursor is not over it, it becomes translucent.
So in the preferences, can you check the value of translucent you have?
You have probably a very low value.
