RealCADD and iPocket Draw

Hi Eric,
I have two questions about "Layers". But first, I would like to say thank you for all the help that you provided me with my scale and dimension issues. Everything works fine now and I enjoy working with this app.. Thanks!

First question about "Layers":
"A" = Active
"V" = View
"C" is what? What does it do?

Last question:
What does "Layer Layouts" do?
