Change arrow size (line direction)

I have been able to reduce the size of the handles (I find 7 pixels works for me) but I can't find a corresponding adjustment for the directional arrow. Since I have found workarounds for the parallel tool, I don't really need to see the arrow, so I would like to reduce it to 3 or 4, or maybe even smaller.
Can this be done? If not separately, could it be linked to the handle size?

What about that ?
Size of handles = 25 pixels (maximum)
Size of handles = 5 pixels (minimum)

This is what I get with 5 pixels setting. Why is your arrow smaller than mine?

I have some things to do yet, of which probably the iOS 8 compatibility.
