The pallet of attributes :

It is the pallet which enables you to modify the attributes, thickness, color, type of line, possible fill color and to choose and assign arrows to the ends of the lines and arcs.
It is spread automatically when a drawing tool is chosen or when one or more objects are selected.

The pallet comprises a part for the attributes of the lines.
And for the back of the objects.
The pallet spreads this way only if one or more objects are selected or if a drawing tool is selected.
If objects are selected, the pallet posts the attributes of the last selected object.
The possible changes of attributes will affect all the selected objects.
When you select a drawing tool, the pallet preserves the attributes of the last selected object and the new object will be created with these attributes unless you do not change them front. But you can of course change them afterwards.
Top in bottom, you have a rectangle indicating the color of the line (black), a menu indicating the thickness of the line in pixel (0,75), the type of dotted and its limps with notching activation, the type of arrow and its limps with notching activation then a square indicating the fill color (white) and its limps with notching activation.

To modify the color of the line, it is enough to click on the rectangle, here yellow, under the word “Line” to display the pallet of choice of color.
Traverse the pallet by keeping the button of the mouse inserted and release it on the color which you wish.
The color of the rectangle is updated according to your choice as well as the lines of the possible selected objects.
If the color of the lines of the selected objects does not change, it is that the color of the lines is imposed on the level of the layer. See the pallet "Layers".

You have a local menu then to choose the thickness of the lines.
This menu takes again the values which you can modify with the menu “Edit => Line's thickness…”
The last item of the menu causes the posting of a dialogue enabling you to enter an other value of thickness.

The type of dotted line is to be chosen thanks to a menu which is posted while clicking on the dotted line.
This menu takes again the dotted lines defined with the menu “Edit => Dashes…”.
The item “Other…” causes the posting of a dialogue enabling you to define a new dotted.
Then you must notch the box at side to assign this dotted line to the selected objects or the object to be created.

To assign arrows to the lines and the arcs, click on the line with the 2 arrows to post the pallet of choice of arrows and select that which you want.
The pallet takes again the arrows defined with the menu “Edit => Arrows…”.
Then notch the boxes, that of left for an arrow at the beginning of object and that of right-hand side for an arrow at the end of the object.

To assign a back color to an object, click on the square, here white, under the word “Back” to post the pallet of color and choose that which you want.
Then to notch the box at side to validate.
