Radius and diameter tools

Post by debenriver »

Is it possible to make the first two elements (arrow line and extension line) of the radius and diameter measurement tools so that they can be constrained (to 45º etc.) with the shift key? The tag line (L) always stays horizontal which is great.

Cheers -- George

George,

If you have downloaded v5.70b1 before I post this message, do it again...

Crikey – I hadn't even seen v.5.70b!

I've downloaded it – and the constraint on the radius and diameter tool is great!

Cheers -- George

PS – don't quite understand how to make the new tools work – I must be getting stupid in my old age :!:

The shape tools work as the cut and prolong lines tool.
With the tool (cut, union or intersection) drag a line between the 2 shapes to select them.

Cordialement.
