New tool for the next version

Bonjour,

I am working on a new tool for parallel lines (walls?).
This tool cuts or joins the selected lines, depending if the end points of lines are selected or not.
The tool will work with :
- 2 parallel lines,
- 2 parallel lines + another not parallel,
- 4 lines with 2x2 parallels.

On the video you can see a bug with the 4 lines… Nead some more work...
