After version 4.00, which added the ability to annotate PDF files and the composite lines,
and version 4.10, which added the Break Line, Round Section, and Cloud tools,
versions 4.11 and 4.12 improve compatibility with iPadOS 26.
Version 4.12 fixes a bug introduced in version 4.11.
iPadOS 26 allows you to resize application windows and has added a menu bar.
